Breathe Easy - every Tuesday at 09:30 am

Come along and improve your well being with a gentle introduction to 'Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates through the Les Mills Body Balance programme. These dynamic exercises promote the understanding of breathing, stretching, core strength and relaxation!

£5 a session; contact Sam on 07850 207365 to book your place.

Bring a mat, towel and cushion as required

Hawstead Carpet Bowls Club - every Tuesday at 7.30pm.

Beginners and bowlers of all standards are most welcome. Refreshments available.
